Our founder, Victoria Derin Isikman, is an award-winning artist with a talent for oil painting, writer, and filmmaker. 

She established and managed the Chicago Art Design Center 2010-2019 in Chicago, Lakeview,  which functioned as an art gallery and art school for eight years. During this time, she curated numerous art shows. She conducted private and group art classes for individuals between eight and eighty-five and countless corporate art events with painting workshops. 

Victoria and her team have a proven track record of organizing successful corporate events for companies 

such as Milton Township, PWC, Kellogg's, and Crowe Howarth. 

These events have provided unique team-building exercises that have consistently enhanced motivation, coordination, self-confidence, communication, and cooperation. 

Recently, Victoria established her new company" VFA Creative Events," in the suburbs of Illinois, Wheaton.
